## Projects

### Atlas

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/atlas-desktop
- Status: completed (featured)
- Completed: 2026-06-01
- Stack: Electron, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Python, FastAPI, official LLM SDKs, Ollama, Groq
- Links: repo https://github.com/Subham12R/Atlas; docs https://github.com/Subham12R/Atlas#overview

A desktop AI assistant built with Electron and FastAPI that unifies OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, and local models like Ollama in one chat interface. It includes real-time streaming and a persistent memory system powered by RAG, rolling summaries, and an entity graph to preserve context across conversations.
Problem: ## Problem Statement AI assistants are fragmented across different providers, each with separate interfaces, APIs, response formats, and context limitations. Users often lose conversation continuity when switching models, while most tools either lack persistent memory or fail to separate long-term user context from individual chat sessions. This project solves that problem by creating a unified desktop AI assistant that connects cloud and local models through one consistent interface. It preserves relevant information using RAG, rolling summaries, and an entity graph while keeping global memory and chat-specific context properly isolated.

### Ruse

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/ruse-media
- Status: completed (featured)
- Completed: 2026-07-01
- Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, LiveKit WebRTC, Go, Gorilla WebSocket, Tailwind CSS, Redis
- Links: live https://ruse.monostack.in; repo https://github.com/Subham12R/ruse

Ruse is a private, temporary collaboration room for small groups to share screens, system audio, camera, microphone, and chat without creating accounts or storing conversations.
Problem: Most screen-sharing and video collaboration platforms require user accounts, retain meeting history, or introduce unnecessary complexity for temporary conversations. For small groups that only need to quickly share a screen, talk, and collaborate, creating accounts, scheduling meetings, managing permanent workspaces, or exposing rooms through public links creates unnecessary friction. There is also a security problem with simple room-code systems. Without owner-controlled admission, rate limiting, short-lived sessions, and properly scoped media tokens, anyone with access to a room code may enter or abuse the service. Ruse solves this by providing temporary, owner-controlled collaboration rooms with no accounts, no recordings, and no persistent chat history. Every room has a random code, every participant must be approved, and all room data is automatically removed when the session ends or expires.

### Cycoders

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/cth
- Status: completed (featured)
- Completed: 2026-04-01
- Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth, Docker, Nginx, GitHub Actions
- Links: live https://cycoders.in

Cycoders is a centralized platform for managing a college coding club, its members, events, registrations, announcements, and administrative workflows.
Problem: College technical clubs often rely on multiple disconnected tools for event registrations, announcements, member records, and internal management. This creates duplicated work, inconsistent data, and a poor experience for both students and organizers. Cycoders solves this by bringing club discovery, event registration, member management, and administrative operations into one unified platform.

### Noted

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/noted
- Status: completed (featured)
- Completed: 2026-06-01
- Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, TipTap, Y.js, Socket.io, Node.js, Hono, Better Auth, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3/R2, Groq, OpenAI, Ollama, Stripe, and Docker
- Links: live https://notezero.vercel.app; repo https://github.com/Subham12R/Noted

Noted is an AI-powered collaborative study and knowledge-management platform that combines rich note-taking, real-time editing, AI assistance, flashcards, quizzes, file management, and productivity tools in one workspace.
Problem: Students and knowledge workers often use separate tools for note-taking, collaboration, AI assistance, flashcards, quizzes, file storage, and productivity tracking. This creates fragmented workflows, duplicated information, and frequent context switching. Traditional note applications also provide limited learning support. Users must manually summarize content, create revision cards, prepare quizzes, and move between multiple applications to study effectively. Noted solves this by bringing writing, collaboration, AI-assisted learning, content organization, and productivity tools into one unified platform. It allows users to move from capturing information to understanding and revising it without leaving the workspace.

### Calo

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/calo
- Status: completed (featured)
- Completed: 2026-07-01
- Stack: Expo, React Native, TypeScript, Expo Router, Nativewind, Reanimated, Tanstack React Query, Axios, Zod, LLM SDKs
- Links: repo https://github.com/Subham12R/calo

Calo is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition journal built with Expo and React Native.

Instead of manually searching foods, scanning barcodes, or logging macros, simply write what you ate.
Problem: Traditional calorie-tracking applications often require users to search through food databases, scan barcodes, calculate portion sizes, and manually enter nutritional values. This process is time-consuming and creates friction, especially for users who want to quickly record a meal without interrupting their routine. It can also discourage consistent logging because every meal requires multiple steps. Calo solves this by allowing users to describe meals in natural language. The AI interprets the input, estimates nutritional values, and converts the result into structured data that the application can store and display. The goal is to reduce meal logging from a multi-step form into a single natural sentence.

### Apple 3d

- URL: https://www.subham12r.dev/projects/apple
- Status: completed
- Completed: 2025-08-01
- Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Three JS
- Links: live https://mac-land.vercel.app/; repo https://github.com/Subham12R/mac-land

This is a 3d website inspired by Apple Macbook Site
